Since her formal debut in march 2011 (aged 16) Alicja Pyrdoł started international career as soloist, chamber musician and recording artist, regarded as one of the most promising violists of the youngest generation.
In 2016 Alicja Pyrdoł featured at the 'Viulun sielu' movie, made for the finnish television. Since 2017 she is violin, viola and chamber music pedagogue at Central Ostrobothnia Conservatory in Kokkola, Finland.
Was performing at 49th Music Festival in Bydgoszcz (Poland), Wszytskie Strony Swiata in Pulawy (Poland), Niedziela Melomana (Gdynia, Poland), Nuori Soittaa! festival in Kuopio (Finland), at the Witold Lutoslawski S1 Concert Studio of Polish Radio in Warsaw (Poland), Witold Gombrowicz Municipal Theater of Gdynia (Poland), Karol Szymanowski Krakow Philharmonic, Witold Lutoslawski Wroclaw Philharmonic, Polish Theater in Poznan (Poland), Ignacy Jan Paderewski Pomeranian Philharmonic in Bydgoszcz (Poland) , Die Glocke in Bremen (Germany), Kuopio Music Centre in Kuopio (Finland) etc.
Became a 2nd prize winner as the youngest prize winner in viola category at prestigious Youth String players competition in Elblag (Poland) in 2011. Was also a 3rd prize winner at the X Gdynia String Competition of Children Chambers in 2008.
Alicja Pyrdoł took part at the Zenon Brzewski International Music Courses in Łańcut Poland, Violin Master Classes of Central Ostrobothnia Concervatory in Kokkola Finland, Moscow Summer Academy in Moscow, Russia and many others studying under Dmitri Vasiliev, Lilli Maijala, Lotta Poijärvi, Dudu Carmel, Błażej Sroczyński, Dorota Sroczyńska, Irena Albrecht, Monika Toth and many others. Graduated with Bachelor in Music and Culture from the University of Applied Sciences in Kokkola, Finland under Reijo Tunkkari, studied simultaneously in Moscow, Russia under guidance of Dmitri Vasiliev.
In 2011 opened International Conference To Mark The Quadricentennial of The Birth of Johannes Hevelius ’Hevelius 2011’ in Gdansk Library of the Polish Academy of Sciences. In the same year was chosen to the Young Polish Philharmonic Orchestra – orchestra of 39 most talented young musicians in Poland. Participated in International Youth Symphony Orchestra in Bremen, Germany.
Was a scholar of Pro Bono PL, Lions Club, Polish Children Found, Young Talents Found of First Lady and President Kwasniewscy’s of Poland, Vera Froloff rahasto.
